SERVICES DESIGN APPRAISAL

Project information review to establish working knowledge of Engineering Systems and their interdependencies.

Review of design scheme for all Engineering services, to ensure that adequate provision has been made for the Commissioning process to be correctly implemented.

COMMISSIONABILITY REVIEW

Report and advise on all issues identified during the design appraisal of all services. Issue independent findings report.

COMMISSIONABILITY PLAN

Production of multi discipline strategy document, providing a framework for the entire commissioning process.

PRODUCTION OF COMMISSIONING PROGRAMMES

Produce outline gantt chart commissioning programmes for all systems/services.

PRODUCTION OF COMMISSIONING LOGIC DIAGRAMS

Develop and produce logic diagrams showing the sequence of commissioning and testing of all systems and plant items.

The logic diagrams will indicate the interfaces between all services and Works Packages.

FAT (FACTORY ATTENDANCE TESTING)

Co-ordinate, attend and verify off-site works tests, submit independent post visit inspection reports.

PRODUCTION OF INSPECTION & TEST PLAN

Produce and implement an Inspection & Test Plan applicable to each asset or system type to be commissioned.

ONLINE REALTIME TRACKING

Develop iQ Tracking system to monitor and record the progress of all Commissioning activities.

DEVELOPMENT OF MULTI-DISCIPLINE PROGRAMME REQUIREMENTS

Develop Commissioning Programmes in conjuntion with Construction Programmes.
Establish interfaces ans crtitical path analysis.

INSPECT AND VERIFY INSTALLATION PROGRESS

Establish installation Progress. Verify that all facilities required for compliant Testing and Commissioning are installed, positioned and sized correctly to enable accurate measurements. Issue report on all non-compliant items for review. Confirm that systems are ready for commissioning.

INSPECT AND VERIFY COMMISSIONABILITY STATUS

Inspect and verify that all required additions/alterations, identified in the commissionability review have been implemented.

Produce independent findings report.

MANAGE AND VERIFY PRE-COMMISSIONING TO COMMISSIONING PHASES

Establish interface requirements. Manage and verify transition phase.
Co-ordinate all documentation relative to this Key Stage

MANAGE AND VERIFY DYNAMIC COMMISSIONING PROCESS

Manage, witness and verify the entire dynamic Commissioning process for all Systems and Services.

MANAGE AND VERIFY MULTI-DISCIPLINE INTEGRATED SYSTEM TESTING.

On completion of individual system/service Commissioning, ensure all interfaces are checked and confirmed.

Witness the correct function of each system and ensure all equipment operates correctly in accordance with specified requirements.

DELIVER FINAL DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS

Manage delivery of Project Commissioning Documentation.
